I finally have a taste of how life as a normal NUS student should be.
Meaning life without tuition, without having to rush about.
I must say I am enjoying it fully, because I have more time to myself, more time to my work and more time for dancing. I am starting to catch up on tutorials, and even have time to start to bake stuff again.
Though I must say this week was quite a torture as well. I had a lot of tutorials to catch up, with 3 presentations to rush, and 4 dancing days. But I am not complaining, because it feels good to stay in school and discuss with my friends, without having to keep looking at the time.
Ballet has been fun as well, cos I am learning new stuff and I actually sweat while doing my first exercise(Plies). My classes at YMCA is going a bit slow, but still I am looking forward to the saturday class. And I am going to "perform" at the presentation at ECNAD for my ballet class. Hee, didn dare to participate in it at first cos it is near my exams and the same morn I have ballet class at YMCA. But think it would be a good experience to be "on stage" again, as one of the worse off students, because it will again make me realise what is the purpose of dancing and performing.
Life is good now, if only exams are not approaching in one month's time. Again, I am not complaining.

Holidaying mood
Imagine your midterms are just over, nevermind if you did badly on them.
And one of your most shiong tuition is over for the time being. Now its only 4 sessions of tuitions a week.
And your dance session has been cancelled for this week.
Its holiday!!! haha... really in the holidaying mood.
In fact I am so relaxed that I did my MA tutorial yesterday night and went for the tutorial this morning, on time and infact, the earliest. Never mind if I wasn listening.
Then went for lunch, then tuition.
After that I met my da jie for dinner at Central. Went to this jap restaurant called Sun with Moon Dining. My goodness, the food is so bagus! We ordered some seafood skewers, salmon with rice, beef sushi and potato with cheese. All of them were so sedup....and I had grape punch while my sis ordered apple vinegar with yoghurt and its very nice too! As if we are not full enough, we ordered a tofu cheesecake and mochi crepe. My goodness, love love love the cheesecake. Ha then we took a bus home and watch TV all the way, while I finished reading the ending of Harry Potter again.
Such a wonderful holiday.
Though tomorrow would be hell. Let superwoman Huishi report her whereabouts for tomorrow:
8-10am Meeting in school (meeting my fav AIS group, so not complaining)
10-11am Attend half a MS lecture
11-12nn Rush to Tiong Bahru
12-1.30pm Tuition
2-4pm Back to school again for bizcom
4.30pm-6.30pm Back to Redhill again for tuition
7-8.30pm Ballet at ECNAD
THIS IS SO GOING TO BE THE LAST DAY I AM RUSHING AROUND!
And oh, superwoman Huishi took on two new missions. Ballet on Tuesday nights and saturday afternoons.
Thats makes 4 dancing days in a week.
I wonder how is it that my mind says no but my body says yes to this arrangement.

All the hard work, has paid off...
There were quite a few negative comments about our DR dance lately.
A scream in the middle of our item? That was so unjustified.
But thanks to NUSSU, I finally feel that all the hard work we have put in all this months were worth it.
All because of this sentence.
"The latter performance boasted one of the best dance items of the evening with its vibrant music, beautiful costumes and intricate dance movements, as well as the various formations of the dancers."
The latter referred to NUS Chinese Dance. (Thank goodness the word "latter" came out in my PSLE, or I never would have known what it meant and could think that this comment was for IIsa Tari)
I can only say,
WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!
